Despite the name, this tea does NOT come from Russia. Instead, it comes from India, China, and Sri Lanka. The name comes from the fact that, 300+ years ago, caravans traveled through that region carrying this tea.
This is actually really delicious tea. I drink it myself, often.
That said, I’m keeping this tea’s name until Putin gets the hell out of Ukraine.
