Coy o’Teas has a small, dedicated staff working on-site 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We work hard to keep our processing time low. We send out most orders within 2-3 days. However, there may be occasions when high customer demand creates a slight delay. Please be understanding, and rest assured that we will fill your order as quickly as possible. Thank you.
We offer affordable shipping via USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days). It’s fast, reliable, and includes Delivery Confirmation plus shipping insurance. Therefore, if your package goes missing (which almost never happens), we can track and/or replace it quickly.
We offer a low, flat rate shipping… for any size order, to any destination within the U.S. Even better, with our site relaunch in Feb 2023, our shipping is even lower than before–just $4.99.
Upgraded Shipping: Starting 15 July 2023, we now provide options if you’d like your order even faster. There is USPS Priority (1-3 business days) for only $9.99, and/or Rush Handling for just $5 more! (Rush Handling means your order gets processed before anyone else’s!) With such affordable options, we know you’ll be happy with the results.
International Shipments: Sorry, we cannot ship products overseas. The high freight cost makes them too expensive to be feasible.
You may return nonperishable items within 30 days of when you receive the item. Valid returns receive a full refund, less shipping.

Important: the Virginia Health Department will not allow us to accept returned food items, which includes tea.
Once we receive your return, we will email to notify you whether it qualifies for a refund. If so, we will then process your refund quickly, using the same method by which you originally paid. If that method is not feasible, we will instead issue store credit.
