Serving Suggestion
The lovely honey flavor of this tea lends it to a broad range of uses. You can, of course, simply sip it on a cool morning–perhaps with a slice of lemon or spring of mint. It is also fantastic iced, with or without added sweetener or honey to taste.
Beyond that, our Honey tea is great for other uses. You can employ it as a marinade for mild-flavored fish or poultry, to impart a slight sweetness and tang from the tea. You can also use it as the base for traditional “honey” flavored cocktails, by adding a splash of gin, whiskey, or vodka.
If you’re looking for snacks to have with it, we recommend tangy fruits like strawberries, raspberries, or perhaps a few cranberries. Nuts are also a sure bet, with a satisfying crunch to complement the tea’s sweet character.
Physical Uses
Honey is an amazing healer. It can heal sores and ulcers. By comparison, chamomile is also in this tea, so there is also a calming aspect, along with a soothing aspect for the tummy.
Metaphysical Uses
Honey is a good treat to give to your Angels, Protectors, Ancestors, or whatever/ whomever you wish to honor. Leave a little saucer of tea out in a prominent spot for them to enjoy.
