This tea is particularly tasty paired with a slice of Devil’s Food cake, or perhaps a chocolate cookie for a treat.

Several of our customers enjoy our Chocolate Mint tea with a splash of warm milk on cold evenings.  A few add that it’s also good over ice in the summertime.

You can even make a a tea latte by preparing this tea with warm milk or cream instead of water.    Garnish with chocolate chips, mint leaves, or perhaps a candy cane close to the holidays.  Enjoy!

Physical Uses

Mint and chocolate have been an appealing mixture for a very long time.  Mint is good for the digestion, as it stimulates gastric juices.  It also tends to give physical energy to those who consume it. It is also good to alleviate cramps. On the other hand, chocolate is also a stimulant, in part due to its caffeine content.  Therefore, together these ingredients bring a lift that you can enjoy with just a few tasty sips. 🙂

Aromatherapy Uses

The scent of mint serves as an all-over energy-giver and mood-elevator.  Chocolate also is used to elevate the mood.

Metaphysical Uses

Mint  for many centuries has symbolized money and luck.  Many spells contain this ingredient to summon money, and uses include placing it in an envelope and burying, burning, or wearing it on one’s person. By comparison, chocolate brings love.  Therefore, perhaps one can put the two together (whether as a sipped tea, or burned together on charcoal) to bring a wealthy lover! (Well, anything’s worth a try, right?)
