Traditional Uses...

Catnip is excellent for an upset tummy and for calming the nerves. Place one tsp. leaves into hot (not boiling) water. Let it steep 3-4 minutes and strain the leaves out. Sip slowly.

Catnip is also fun for cats--it appears to make them high.
